An alumnus of the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMC), Dr. Vernon Charles Rainey has established a solid reputation as a skillful dentist and formidable businessman since his college years. V. Charles Rainey, DMD commenced his career as a Clinical Director and Staff Practitioner for Cary Christian Healthcare Center. After successfully developing the church-funded clinic, V. Charles Rainey, DMD went on to purchase and develop an existing clinic with an annual production of $300,000 into a clinic with an annual production of $1.2 million. Dr. Vernon Charles Rainey's successes with his first two businesses led him to seek out several other clinics to revamp. Over the course of his career, V. Charles Rainey, DMD led clinical development efforts for Smile Design Family Dentistry, Dr. Dan Kennedy, Dr. Lee Wright, and Dr. Carolyn Hunter. Under V. Charles Rainey, DMD's scrutinizing eye, many of the clinics saw drastic improvement within just three months. Combining his dedication to helping others with his desire to transform outdated clinics into successful, state-of-the-art enterprises, V. Charles Rainey, MD purchased a 50-year old space and turned it into Chuckles Family Dental. Catering to patients who are dependant on Medicaid, Chuckle's Family Dental produced over $1 million in standard fee services in the first year of remodel. Today, Dr. V. Charles Rainey plays an instrumental role at Kriger Research Group International. A leading facilitator of several projects, V. Charles Rainey has made strides in the medical field with his intensive research on the effects of prescription and non-prescription medication. Dr. V. Charles Rainey is the possessor of two academic degrees: a DMD from UMC and a BS from Belhaven College. V. Charles Rainey possesses well over 1,000 hours of post-graduate education and has studied with leading businessmen and dental professionals around the globe. Dr. Rainey also holds certificates in ICH, GCP, GLP, and GMP. V. Charles Rainey is a member in good standing of the Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Dental Association.

Teamed with Dr. Hunter to formulate the model for a 2 practitioner office. Plan to be utilized in new, developing facility.

Remodeled 50 year old space to serve the underprivileged citizens of the Rolla, Missouri area. New carpet, ceiling, paint, and equipment all for the Medicaid dependent indigent.

Took a stagnant dental office not providing any services for the area to one which benefited many poor and indigent. Produced over 1 million in standard fee services first year of remodel.

Practice Management and fabrication of new practices in several suburb areas of Kansas City for 2 multi-practice dentists with in-house dental laboratories. Business plan always doubled annual production or 90 day in black production for new business.
